These apartments were the second and third floor levels to the commercial space in the sustainable neighborhood. A central location in the site provides a convenient and practical for immigrating families. Designed with a warm and organic Scandinavian feel, these apartments will welcome people from all cultures.
Located within a sustainable site in Malmo, Sweden. The goal of this project was to create a multi story building that will supply immigrants with resources in order to enable opportunities for living, working, and socializing within a culturally diverse community.

Located above the commercial space are a mixture of studio and two bedroom apartments. This housing will be desirable given that it provides a convenient location for residents, located directly above the market and in the northern most area of the overall site.

It is a great spot for those who traveled individually or with a small family. A separate entrance with a fob is needed for access which makes the complex secure. Residents even get exclusive access to a rooftop recreational area and balconies are located within certain apartments.
